2013 City Council - Committee of the Whole

The Committee of the Whole shall meet on the 2nd Monday of each month at 6:00 pm in the City Council chambers at 524 W. Stephenson Street, 3rd Floor, Freeport IL. When the date fixed for any regular meeting shall fall upon a legal holiday, however, such meeting will be held on the next business day. Agenda items for the Committee of the Whole shall be as requested by the Mayor or any two alderpersons, or as referred to it by the City Council.
